I firstly want to express my joy , gratitude & admiration of been blessed to be led by the wonderful Gogo in last nights Friday Reset class .
What an amazing teacher he is , he was so knowledgeable in all the aspects he was teaching , his alignment , the interior body knowledge too , the slow vinyasa into postures , even the wonderful playlist .
His teaching method was graceful, gentle and just made the class special . You have got a great teacher with you .
The studio itself is truly lovely , small cosy & it was very intimate and peaceful last night . All the beautiful props, pretty back yard a great great space .
So 💯 out of 💯 in my heart & mind . I highly recommend you to all whom are Yoga students.
